2. Description of Service
Augment is an AI talent marketplace that connects businesses with professionals who specialize in AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies. We provide a platform for talent discovery, project matching, and collaboration.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service

5. Talent and Business Relationships
Augment facilitates connections between AI talent and businesses but is not a party to any agreements made between users. We do not guarantee the quality of work, payment, or outcome of any project. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and negotiating their own terms.
6. Fees and Payments
Certain features of our Service may require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using paid features, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described on the platform
- Provide accurate billing information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Augment and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create and upload to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Augment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
